About the event
Similar to a meditation, the recipient must be undisturbed for the entire hour. Lay down in a comfortable space with blankets and pillows as needed. We align with the dormant healthy properties of the body and invigorate them. As we progress with weekly sessions, journaling will be helpful as the progress is undeniable.
Registering for the event is necessary for each participant to receive. Send the full name and location so the vortex can be established.
Each session is in silence so mute your phones. Any reflections can be written to me personally through email or texting. Group sharing is not supported.
This is a weekly practice, treat yourself to a deep level of self-care. I look forward to sharing in this experience with you.
